To cleanse any crystal: a selenite plate (several hours or overnight; not for selenite itself), sound (a singing bowl, bell or chime), smoke (sage, palo santo or incense), or intention (hold it, breathe slowly, and picture it clearing).
Common sense reminder: Some crystals may look as good as candy, but they belong on your shelf, not in your snack bowl. Keep them away from pets and little ones who might try to chew on them.
